You're Beautiful, Woman! 2008 was held at the Imperial War Museum in London.

2008 Event Summary

Eight fantastic women with the entrepreneurial drive organized this event, it was an event to highlight and celebrate the beautiful black woman. A day event that featured seminars, a marketplace and pampering sessions it was an event that something for everyone that attended We have speakers touch on health and nutrition in one room coupled with a talk on black cancer awareness as this tied in to show how and what we eat has a major impact on our health today. What was great were the live demonstration how to cook for a healthier you, the salads that were handed out was divine plus the yummy chocolate cake yes ladies! Healthy chocolate cake, There were speakers on make up with a demonstration on how to achieve the right look for you and fashion consultant with a how to on dressing for your body type.

No part of the beautiful black woman was left out as we had speakers on natural hair and even our most neglected part our feet on how to care and love our feet. The highlight for the seminars would be the personal growth topic of loving you.

The event had special treats going on through out the day ranging from facials, massages, manicure and pedicure and makeover sessions, plus a tarot reader. The extra highlight was the marketplace that had a buzz of its own. With the various items on Offer ranging from amazingly, hand designed cards to natural skin and hair care products.

What was truly amazing about the day were the women that came and spent their entire day at the Imperial war museum, they were truly beautiful black women in all ages and sizes.
